System updates coming

In order to better serve you, we will be converting to a new order system on Monday, December 16 and a new online shopping site a few weeks later. For the most part, the transition should be seamless for you, however, there are some things that will require your attention.

Your Credit Cards

If you order by phone, email, or fax and have a credit card number on file with us for your orders, your credit card number will not be transferred to our new system. The first time you call to place an order, we’ll need to you provide that information to us again. We’ll need your card number, expiration date, CVV code, and the billing address for the credit card. If you would like us to keep the number on file for use with future orders, please mention that at the time of your order.

Login Changes

In the next few weeks, we will also be converting to a new online shopping site. Your username for the new website will be the same as the one you currently use. When you log in to the new website for the first time, use your current username and the password CHANGEME123. Once you’ve logged in, we encourage you to change your password to one specific to you. You can do this by clicking on My Profile in the navigation area on the left hand side of the page.

Favorites Lists

Your favorites list(s) will not be transferred to the new website. If you want to continue using your favorites list on the new site, they will need to be recreated.

In order to make the switch as easy as possible for you, we can recreate your favorites list(s) for you on the new site so they’re ready to go on the day we launch. Just email a copy of your list(s) to erin@rogards.com. When emailing your list(s), please be sure to include your name, email address, and business name and/or account number. And if you have several favorites lists, please be sure to include a name/title for each list so that we can set them up correctly.

Contract/Custom Price Plan Items

Your contract/custom price plan items will be moved to the new website. Once you’ve logged in, you will find your contract items in the favorites section found in the navigation area on the left hand side of the homepage.
