As we begin to reopen public spaces and return to the office, health and safety is on everyone's mind. Over the past year, with the help of our vendor partners, we've had the opportunity to hear from experts in the field of occupational health and workspace design. They all agree that the new office can't be business as usual. People's behaviors will be different, and our physical spaces must change to accommodate that. Making changes that address the health and safety of your employees and guests is the primary objective, but you can also use this opportunity to build a space that people want to be in, one that makes people feel comfortable and even energized.

I want to take a moment to provide an update on the current product distribution environment, including the disruption to our supply chains, pricing pressure, and the steps Rogards is taking to address these issues. It would be redundant (and just downright unpleasant) to recap what happened in 2020. As we entered 2021, there was a great deal of optimism that recovery was on the way. I continue to believe that’s true, but this recovery has not been without significant challenges of its own.

We’ve heard from many of our customers that they’re gearing up to reopen their offices. Employees will coming back full time. Guests will being allowed in. Before you throw the doors open, you might want to take some time to think about your facility. Is it ready for all of those people? Have you given it a good deep clean?
