As we’re sure you know, many businesses are struggling to operate normally while dealing with the effects of COVID-19. We’ve been informed recently that, due to staffing issues and transportation scheduling difficulties, our primary distributor will be temporarily stopping their Monday deliveries to us. As a result, we will be suspending Monday deliveries to our customers until our distributor deliveries have been reinstated.
In order to ensure that all of our customers receive regular deliveries, we’ll be reworking our delivery schedule. Starting this Monday, May 11, we will be delivering according to the following schedule:
We will deliver to Champaign, Urbana, Savoy, and the immediate surrounding areas Tuesday through Friday.
For outlying areas, we will make some changes to make sure that everyone receives deliveries at least twice per week. The schedule will be as follows:
For our customers who receive deliveries via UPS, FedEx, or other courier services, please note that our warehouse will also not be sending out courier packages on Mondays so you may see some extended delivery times.
We appreciate your understanding and patience with us as we work to serve you during these unusual times. We hope that this suspension will be short-lived and we’ll be back to our regular schedule soon.
