I give a glowing endorsement of Rogards and their products. They
are comparably priced as the discount mail order companies and are
always willing to find the least expensive priced items for the
items ordered.
I can always turn to them if I need supplies in a hurry
and more than once I have had to do so. I also like
the personal service I receive from them and especially
from Jennifer, our contact at Rogards. When we decided
to change our stationary, she brought out several boxes
so that I could decide on the best stationary for our
business.
I will continue doing business with Rogards as they
have always treated us fairly and stand behind their
products.

Everyone I've had contact with at Rogards is friendly and helpful.
I get quick responses to any questions I might have. If they don't
know the answer, they will find out the answer and call me right
back. They will suggest an alternate product if they think we might
like it better than what I'm ordering or if there is going to be a
short delay in receiving the item that we want.
Delivery is very good. I don't have to ask our regular delivery
man, Gary, to put the heavier-bulkier items in a specific area, he
just knows. The other delivery persons will do the same if asked.
If I have an emergency and need something and if it is in stock, I
usually get it within an hour (which is more than ever expected)
or at the very latest-the same day.
Andy is great. He goes out of his way to get to know you and keep in touch. He emails if going to be out of the office for any length of time. He drops in (usually with some samples) to see how things are going and to say Hi.
It's great to get this kind of service and know in a "supply
emergency," they're there to help all they can.

When people think of office supply houses they seldom think about much more than convenience and price. I personally think also about my company's bottom line.
Consider having the annual audit by external auditors and having a copy machine or printer down. The reports they submit to finance can have a dramatic impact on our reliability and certification. When documents and reports were routed from computers to one printer and we couldn't print, it created a serious issue for us.
Within half an hour of sounding the plea for help, our Business Center location at 502 East Anthony received the replacement cartridge from Rogard's and virtually no time or credibility was lost. That's the one you delivered earlier this week.

Making products for the automotive industry we often find ourselves on a crucial time line with no room for error. We print our own instruction manuals to go with the products we sell. It is as crucial to ship the instruction manual as it is the product itself. I can recall at least two times when within an hour Rogard's delivered replacement toner cartridges to allow us to make our shipments completely and on time.
So just how critical is that?
Keeping our report card with our customers at 100% on time delivery is essential to building our customer base and obtaining future business. The amount of money and customer satisfaction involved in that scenario is astronomical.
And I've done very extensive research for the myriad of items we use only to find that a very small percentage of them are cheaper than Rogard's. When you add the drive time (because they don't deliver) and gas costs to the equation even the less expensive items are suddenly more expensive.
