Mission Statement
The Rogards team is on a mission to attain the highest customer
satisfaction level of any office product supplier in the United States.
We have identified the following five focus areas that will provide some
insight as to how we intend to achieve this mission.
- Customer Care
- We believe we will achieve our mission by having the most
friendly Customer Care Representatives. We measure our customer hold
time in seconds not minutes.
- Delivery System
- We are linked to a distribution network that gives our customers next
day delivery to more zip codes than any of our competitors.
- Web Ordering System
- State of the art web ordering system focused on simplicity and ease
of use, thus enabling our customers the most efficient office product
ordering system in the industry.
- Pricing
- Rogards team is able to provide you, the customer, an aggressive pricing
program most of our competitors reserve for their high volume purchasers.
- Advertising
- Initially most of our customers had never heard of Rogards. That is, at
least in part, due to our strategy to not invest millions in mass
advertising, as most of our competitors do. This enables Rogards to keep
its prices down, as well as continue to invest in those things that matter
most to our customers.
